Hmm, actually I'm wrong there, it only pulls in fontconfig-config. It
will get pulled in via pango and Qt3/Qt4 though, which I think is
probably enough for most desktops.

The packages that rely on fontconfig cache files or the fc-* tools are
the ones that should depend on fontconfig.
