[Pkg-fonts-devel] Rebuild with lzma compression

Hi,

 I notice ubuntu patch for ttf-sazanami like below,

 We can rebuild with lzma compression on dpkg (in testing and unstable),
 but should we set "Build-depends: lsb-release", too?

 lzma compression is good for (huge) font package, I think, so I'll add it
 to all font package that I maintain.
