[Pkg-fonts-devel] Switch ttf-khmeros to team maintenance?

Hi,

I'm in the process of updating the package to 5.0-3 to conform with
Debian Policy 3.8.3. Apart from that, there is nothing new with the
font. The bugs filed have been forwarded to the upstream developers, but
I have not heard anything from them either.
