[Pkg-fonts-devel] TTF vs OTF in package names

I don't think we have a policy for that. There are *.otf files in
ttf-* packages and a couple of otf-* packages with .ttf files.
Probably we should adopt something like the Fedora font package naming
policy where they don't differentiate between
OpenType/TrueType/Type1/etc:
