[Pkg-fonts-devel] RFC: Planning an Intial Font Policy

Maybe it is a stupid question, but what font files qualify for the 
"fonts-" prefix?
Will these also apply e. g. to LaTeX fonts or package private fonts?
Maybe it would be good to have something like
"they should be selectable in the font chooser of the platform"?
