[Pkg-fonts-devel] ttf-mikachan: modern packaging style and dropping defoma

Hi gotom,

 I've noticed you maintain ttf-mikachan yesterday. We, pkg-font-devel are 
 dropping defoma, switch to source format 3.0 and debhelper7 style with 
 ttf- packages.

 I update it as above (and add other upstream source), see
 http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/non-free/t/ttf-mikachan/ttf-mikachan_9.1-2.dsc
 (added myself as uploader and DM upload allow)
 
 Could you review it, please?
