[Pkg-fonts-devel] fontlint on the PTS?

Hi all,

I had a thought;

Add to the pkg-fonts review an index of the number of warnings from
fontlint and the like, like what lintian.d.o does for lintian
complaints.

Get that data imported into UDD and into the PTS. The PTS would then
link back to the font review pages for each package that causes
fontlint warnings.

Does anyone think this is a good idea? Any volunteers to help implement it?

I'm not sure if fontlint can output a count of the warnings it
produces and their severity, any thoughts on the feasibility of this?

Once the freetype font validator is enabled in Debian we could do the
same for it.

I think that to do that we'll need up-to-date versions of fontforge
and since the pkg-fonts review is alioth hosted, that means
backports.org needs to get a new fontforge package whenever fontforge
reaches testing.
