[Pkg-fonts-devel] Update ttf-kacst and create ttf-kacst-one

Hi all,

according to http://sourceforge.net/projects/arabeyes/files/ KACST fonts
has been updated and KacstOne has been split out into a separate tarball.
KacstOne is the preferred desktop font for Arabic speaking users.

Could someone help with updating the ttf-kacst package and create a new
ttf-kacst-one package? I'm unfortunately too busy to do it myself... :(
