The generate.py is clearly the wrong script, and I do not understand why
he is still running somewhere. And even if the newer versions of Python
tuples already has an index method, I think that in this script is
necessary to convert tuples 'klassesX' to list. That is, two lines must
be replaced by the following:

                    klasses1 = list(kclass[0])
                    klasses2 = list(kclass[1])
