[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#580948: ttf-ipafont: upgrade failure from 00203-13 to 00203-14

The following change in 00203-14 breaks upgrading.

   * split to ttf-ipafont-uigothic, ttf-ipafont-gothic and ttf-ipafont-mincho
     package and ttf-ipafont depends it.

I think that it is needed to set Breaks: and Replaces: fields in
control file.

I mean, adding those two fields for ttf-ipafont-uigothic,
ttf-ipafont-gothic, and ttf-ipafont-mincho.
