Eh. It was.....two months ago when I sponsored this upload...:-)

(there might be some improvement, FTP masters: maybe could you merge
the keyring at the time the upload happened, particularly now as many
DD are switching their key in the keyring)

I'm reuploading, signed by my new key...but the same version
number. Hopefully this is OK.
