No, we shouldn't do that before the ftpmasters ACK or NACK the
package. It is not necessarily waiting because of this, but probably
more because of post-DebConf vacations for ftpmasters..:-)

Of course, feel free to commit the new copyright info to SVN (but
increment the package revision number in changelog) as, even if the
package is accepted as is, having a more precise copyright is always good.
