[Pkg-fonts-devel] RFS: fonts-senamirmir-washra, a set of ethiopic fonts

- debian/fonts-senamirmir-washra.debhelper.log, *.debhelper,
  *substvars are leftovers by debhelper use and should not be in the
  SVN nor in the source package

- the package could be source v3 (just add debian/source and
  debian/source/format with "3.0 (quilt)" in it)

- don't use defoma: we're trying to get rid of it, it is useless

- drop example comments in debian/rules

- don't use an article in the package short description (see
Developer's Reference about writing package descriptions)

- use paragraphs in the long description

- section should be "fonts"

- Standards-Version should be 3.9.1 (check changes between 3.8.4 and
3.9.1 to be sure)
