[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#648692: fonts-nanum-coding: no NanumGothic in fallback list

In 90-fonts-nanum-coding.conf, there's some fonts for fallback.
NanumGothic has same shape with NanumGothicCoding, so it must be at the top of
fallback list.
So, I think this line must be add at line 23.
