Rogério does seem to have something in the svn repo under people/, but his
document in git has been updated more
recently.

Honestly, I'm not personally interested in contributing to a comprehensive
rfc2119 style policy statement. But I do think there is a real need for
something public facing beyond what already exists. To that end, I've drafted
an update to http://wiki.debian.org/Fonts/PackagingPolicy I've kept it at
http://wiki.debian.org/Andrewsomething/Fonts/PackagingPolicy for now.
If there are no objections, I will replace the current Fonts/PackagingPolicy
wiki page. Feel free to suggest changes or edit it directly (it is a wiki =)).
