[Pkg-fonts-devel] RFS: fonts-liberation_1.07.2-3 and fonts-cantarell_0.0.9-1

Hi team,

I have prepared fonts-liberation_1.07.2-3 and fonts-cantarell_0.0.9-1 
in our SVN repo and kindly ask for sponsoring their respective uploads.

The former contains a fix from upstream/Fedora for a malformed 
Bulgarian glyph and the second one contains a new upstream version 
which introduces Cyrillic glyphs.
