I'm still on #dejavu , so I'll be glad to keep the connection if it can be of any
help.

might be worth checking if Eugeny is interested in stepping up: I guess he'd probably 
be very appropriate for this, since he contributes ALOT to the dejavu package.
He's not on irc right now but I'm CC'ing him
