[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#673714: Ships empty directories /etc, /etc/defoma, and /etc/defoma/hints

fonts-uralic ships empty directories /etc, /etc/defoma, and
/etc/defoma/hints, but does not ship any files in those directories.
Please don't ship the directories either.
