Done in 5~3, also deleted most of the duplicated information and referred
to the pakage fonts-texgyre in the description of tex-gyre.

Fixed by (see below)

Not opposed, just it was handed to me long time ago like that ;-))
Done now, moved most files around and used .install files
(but not .link by now, since this is generated)
Usual place for tex-gyre_2.004.1-5~3_amd64.changes.
