[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#669953: ttf-wqy-zenhei: fontconfig priority should be separate from fontpackage itself

Hi,

Suggested fix may have been good idea to apply for my previous NMU.  But
with my NMU in archive, it may not work to fix somewhat broken system.

My NMUed package needs to be installed after purging prevous version.
(At least gross problem on my system is fixed)

Since it is underfreeze and I am not the maintainer of this package I
will not make any more upload for this package.

If others are willing to fix anyway they think right, I do not object.
