I just checked their website and license seems to be fine its Apache 2.0
license. But there is no download point provided by upstream. Upstream
provides several set of fonts for different language so manually
downloading and packaging may be bit tedious.

I think better way is to pull from vcs of upstream and package from there
directly.

Well upstream uses SVN but if you are okay I can pull it using git-svn
and prepare initial repo. I will be happy to help you out learn Git :-)
