[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#704972: Updating the fontforge Uploaders list

I was about to make the change, indeed, following the MIA team
experience on dealing with these cases (assuming for instance that
they already contacted Kęstutis).

Then, I switched my attention elsewhere (mostly because FF maintenance
is now in git and I needed to find a clone of the git repo on one of
my machines).

So, well, I suggest doing the change now. In case Kęstutis mentions he
still considers self as active, we can easily revert the change.
