Just finished the packaging of noto and pushed it to our git
repository. (noto.git)

I've choosen hinted fonts hope that is fine. I'm really not very sure
what might be difference between hinted and non-hinted. So if non hinted
is preferred please let me know and I will change it, or both are
preferred I can package non hinted version to.
