Yes, it is the first upload to Debian.

"rebuilt" because averia fonts family has 2 version: 1 is not free and
2 free (GWF, google web font).
-This packages are free version of Averia fonts familiy-
 I deleted (closed bug) the previous non free version
(fonts-sil-averia) for legal problems [1].
 And I have "rebuilt" the packages for the free version
(fonts-sil-averia-gwf) of fonts family.
