If a user wants to install an i386 package depending on fonts-horai-umefont
onto an amd64 system, it may erroneously come up as uninstallable as apt
has no multiarch information on fonts-horai-umefont.

Please mark fonts-horai-umefont as multi-arch: foreign in debian/control to
fix this.
