[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#709337: task-hungarian-desktop: Please recommend fonts-sil-andika instead of ttf-sil-andika

ttf-sil-andika was renamed in fonts-sil-andika under the new Packing
Policy for fonts [1]. Please change the recommend to fonts-sil-andika,
as ttf-sil-andika will be removed from debian.
