Hallo,

I added "Provides: ttf-sil-andika" back, since task-hungarian-desktop
recommends on this package.

I already filed a bug against task-hungarian-desktop for changing the
recommondation to fonts-sil-andika (#709337).

It is the same problem as with abyssinica (#709156), I apologize for
not checking reverse dependencies first.
