[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#729752: Spits multiple fontconfig warnings for many programs

In Ubuntu we have found that 65-droid-sans-fonts.conf causes
unpredictable behaviour and prevents us from achieving the desired
configuration. Consequently we are about to drop the file completely
from the Ubuntu version of fonts-android.

I was planning to file a separate bug to suggest that the file is
dropped at the Debian level as well, but then I thought that this bug
may well be used for the purpose. Dropping 65-droid-sans-fonts.conf
would reasonably address the above warnings issue.
