I am Shih-Yuan Lee, aka FourDollars.

I am the maintainer of https://packages.qa.debian.org/f/fonts-cns11643.html.
CNS11643 is the national encoding standard in Taiwan [1] from
http://data.gov.tw/node/5961.

I want to join https://alioth.debian.org/projects/pkg-fonts/ to
co-maintain fonts-cns11643.
Could you help me to approve my membership?
