[Pkg-fonts-devel] Upload of newer fonts-android and fonts-roboto

Hello all,

Now that bug is filed against all packages which
depends/suggests/recommends on fonts-droid ¹. And fonts-droid to
fonts-noto fontconfig mapping is already in archive. I think its time
fonts-android (source) and fonts-roboto are uploaded to archive.

So I formally request fellow team members for a review and upload of
fonts-android ² and fonts-roboto ³
