[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#779946: fonts-takao: update of debian/watch - new upstream release

Dear Maintainer,

A new release of Takao Fonts has been released with new tar ball naming. 
Please update debian/watch file to catch new releases. I will attach a 
patch for it.

The current packaged fonts-takao source contains Takao{Gothic,Mincho}, 
TakaoP{Gothic,Mincho} and TakaoEx{Gothic,Mincho}. From now on 
Takao{Gothic,Mincho} and TakaoP{Gothic,Mincho} are in 
TakaoFonts_*.tar.xz, TakaoEx{Gothic,Mincho} is in TakaoExFonts_*.tar.xz.

The new scheme is exactly the same with the one in fonts-ipafont and 
fonts-ipaexfont. It would be nice if you update fonts-takao with new 
upstream tarball, create new fonts-extakao package and introduce 
fonts-takaomj(equiverent of fonts-ipamjfont) as well.
