[Pkg-fonts-devel] Adopting ttf-radisnoir

fine, thanks. Everything looks fine but for one single nit-pick [*]:

Breaks/Replaces: ttf-radisnoir (<< ${binary:Version}~) isn't
semantically correct, because the fonts-radisnoir package strictly only
breaks with the ttf-radisnoir (<< 0.9b-3~) package and not with any
future revisions of this transitional package. Please fix this in the
GIT repo.

Since it doesn't make a difference for the current package, anyway, I
decided to upload it as is. Good job!
