If anyone reading this is able to modify the Wen Quan Yi sources upstream,
let me know and I can send you patches.  I emailed the upstream maintainer,
Qianqian Fang, about this yesterday, but I know he is extremely busy.

The RC bugs both have to do with Debian packaging, so I am hoping the team
maintaining this package can fix those.

I also am not certain that debian/watch is pointing to the right location.
It might be (so I am not filing a bug about this right now), but I have
always gotten the latest Wen Quan Yi font files from
http://wenq.org/daily/east/.  That is where Qianqian told me to download
them from years ago for the latest daily builds, and that link still works.
