[Pkg-fonts-devel] dh_makefont is now part of dh-make package

If needed I can add this but my question will be if font is not
generated using fontforge will the fontforge example mentioned be able
to create a sfd which will generate identical ttf/otf?. Idea is if
script looses some feature of font then it would not be wise to do the
conversion.
