All of these four are same as before.

Right, sbuild for everything. I made fontforge-nox a dummy package
depending on fontforge for the sake of rebuild.
You're missing a bunch of build-dependencies as well, I had to add those to
produce fontforge packages (Norbert's .dsc fails to build too).
Here's what I used: (pushing elsewhere to not pollute the fonts team's
official repository):
