[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#823285: fonts-vlgothic: wrong glyph for 🙃 U+1F643 UPSIDE-DOWN FACE

The glyph for 🙃(U+1F643 UPSIDE-DOWN FACE) in VL Gothic is not an upsid
e down face but a smiley with a banner saying "ELITE" over it.
The issue occurs in both versions of the font (Gothic/PGothic).
I've attached a screenshot of it rendered in GNOME character map.
