I will keep all 7 fonts into fonts-noto-cjk solution since the size is
okay right now. Let me know if the solution is okay or not, thanks.

* fonts-noto-cjk contains:
  * NotoSansCJK-Regular.ttc
  * NotoSansCJK-Bold.ttc
  * NotoSansCJK-Thin.ttc
  * NotoSansCJK-Medium.ttc
  * NotoSansCJK-Light.ttc
  * NotoSansCJK-DemiLight.ttc
  * NotoSansCJK-Black.ttc
