Please avoid too tight build-dependencies.  Above changelog entry seems 
to indicate that package builds fine with older fontforge too.

If something actually changed by building again with newer fontforge, 
then please mention that in changelog.

If tightening _is_ needed but only temporarily, remember to re-upload 
with relaxed build-dependencies when no longer required, to ease 
backporting.
