I don't see the benefit in shipping it pre-converted in the package, for two
reasons:
* it is trivial to convert it from .ttf to a format you want
* if you care about file size (and if you don't, you'd use .ttf directly),
  you hardly ever want to use the whole font with all ranges you'd never use
  -- if your page uses, say, ASCII only, subsetting will let you serve only
  95 glyphs instead of 2166.
