[Pkg-fonts-devel] Self-introduction

Hi,

I am an Ubuntu and Debian Developer and work mostly around GNOME packaging.

I'd like to help package and maintain some font-related packages so
I'm looking to join the team.

woff2 will be required for the next major webkit2gtk release in March.
It is yet another Google-maintained project.

I am also looking to help Yao Wei with packaging
fonts-noto-color-emoji and its dependencies.
