[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#895163: RM: ttf-freefont -- RoM; RoQA: renamed to fonts-freefont

fonts-freefont has provided transitional packages for ttf-freefont's
packages for multiple Debian releases. The transitional packages have
been dropped now, but surprisingly, the ttf-freefont source package
had never been removed.

Please remove ttf-freefont from Debian.

I am adding a blocker but for one package that still Build-Depends on
the old name.
