[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#948091: fonts-noto: Update fonts-noto to the latest upstream

Dear Maintainer,

Can I ask you to update the fonts-noto package for Debian from the latest upstream?

Recently an annoying bug was fixed which affects a lot of users with the Cyrillic-based writing systems: Ukrainian, Belarusian, Serbian (Cyrillic), Macedonian, etc.

I really want this fix to be included in the next upcoming Debian release and also Ubuntu LTS.
