fonts-noto-unhinted is declaring an Enhances on fonts-noto-hinted, but
fonts-noto-hinted description says:

 NB! This package is obsolete.
 Please use appropriate other fonts-noto-* packages instead.

The Enhances should probably be updated to the proper package (fonts-noto-core
and/or fonts-noto-ui-core)
