[Pkg-fonts-devel] upgrade fonts-lato to 2.015

Hello there,

The fonts-lato package is outdated, some time ago I created a MR to
update to the latest release:

https://salsa.debian.org/fonts-team/fonts-lato/-/merge_requests/1

The current Lato font has some problems with the latest Gtk and some
texts are not rendering correctly:

https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/pango/-/issues/437

With this new version of the font, this problem is solved. Can someone
review this MR?
