[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#982468: fonts-noto-color-emoji: U+1F52B PISTOL shows a water-spraying toy instead

Hi!
At the position U+1F52B, this font includes a water toy emoji instead of
the pistol glyph.  I know that upstream considers any mentions of weapons
"evil" because of some american politics, but that's not a reason to
replace a codepoint with something with a strongly different meaning.
