A licence file has finally been added to the Roboto Mono github repo!

It’s now officially Apache-2.0 licenced:

   https://github.com/googlefonts/RobotoMono/blob/main/LICENSE.txt

If someone is willing to do the work of adding Roboto-Mono to the 
fonts-roboto package that would be great :)
