   * Team upload.
   * d/control: Correct Build-Depends against the imports in build.py: Drop
     nine that are unused, replace gftools with python3-gftools, and add
     python3-fonttools and python3-ufolib2, which were only pulled in
     transitively.
   * d/control: Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4 and drop the source Priority
     field (no longer recommended).
   * d/control: Bump debhelper-compat to 14 and drop Rules-Requires-Root,
     (now redundant).
   * d/copyright: Attribute Files: * to Microsoft Corporation alone, as
     upstream's LICENSE does, and credit the designers in a Comment. Drop
     Files-Excluded, which excluded nothing. Update the debian/* years.
   * d/watch: Convert to version 5 with uscan --update-watchfile.
   * d/tests: Add a first autopkgtest, checking that the installed fonts are
     visible to fontconfig and that each family resolves to the file we ship
     for it. Modelled on the fonts-unfonts-core and fonts-nanum tests.
   * d/gbp.conf: New; record the branch layout and tag formats.
   * d/salsa-ci.yml: New; enable the Salsa CI pipeline.
   * d/upstream/metadata: New.
