[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#1148345: fonts-cascadia-code: has Reserved Font Name, is not renamed, different from upstream

This OFL-licensed font has a Reserved Font Name which matches the
distributed font name. The font files have different font properties
than the TTFs distributed by upstream.

Please add upstream's font release as additional tarball (MUT), keep
building the fonts from source but build the package content from the
upstream builds. Else please consider renaming the fonts.
