desktop-file-utils New Release 0.27

Hello,


I was curious about this upstream repository that officially has a new 
release of version 0.27 
(https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xdg/desktop-file-utils/-/commit/2470d73f93d02b354ecbee7c2f02a83efaae84d8) 
and if/when this will be brought to the various Debian packages.

This brings an important update to support desktop spec version 1.5
