Could be duplicate of: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1088617 @Ole Langbehn could you check out the content of ~/.local/share/mime/? Removing everything besides ~/.local/share/mime/packages fixed it for me, see the bug report linked above.
